Owen had a magnificent competition at the German Shepherd National Specialty in Springfield, Illinois October 2023. He showed his heart out and celebrated his 2nd birthday in style by going FUTURITY VICTOR, then went BEST in FUTURITY OVERALL! This was a dream come true for us breeders and owners. Owen was then shown in the Open Class and went on to WIN IT while up against some really tough competition.
Owen went out with a bang winning RWD for a 3-point major to finish his championship competition with 4 major titles. We are overjoyed and incredibly proud of our young boy. NEW CHAMPION CH FV Trattino’s Barefoot Blue Jean Night V Peters’ Elite.
Owen is a medium to large size male with vibrant red and black pigment. He exhibits a large masculine head piece with a very pleasing expression. Owen is a confident social outgoing boy with a wonderful mellow and affectionate personality.
He comes from a multi-generational American AKC Champion. His mother is GCHB BISS PETERS’ Elite v Signature Dish CGC (Dash). His father is GV 3x Select Excellent BISS GCH Wolf Creek Levi CGC TDI ROM (Levi).
Owen is just starting his show career. First time showing at a specialty show he won WD from the 12–18-month puppy class and won BOW for a 5-point major. Future plans for him are to finish his AKC Championship and possibly some herding, rally titles.
